My husband and I are trying to lose the pregnancy weight – and one way we are doing it is by making cheap but healthy breakfast shakes with chocolate ovaltine and bananas. Ovaltine is super healthy as it has lots of added vitamins – it's also super tasty! It's like a milkshake without the guilt….
I buy a container of Chocolate Ovaltine very cheaply at Wal Mart and bananas for around .69 cents a pound – not bad. We buy our milk on the cheap too – organic 2 packs at BJ's wholesale club for $6.30! And of course… ice is free. You have to have a decent blender to do this ( I have burned through so many blenders) – but trust me … this shake is absolutely delicious!
Ovaltine Breakfast Shake Recipe:

Ice
Bananas
Chocolate Ovaltine Powder
Milk
Directions :
Add 2 Bananas
Add 4-6 cubes of Ice
Add 2 cups of Milk
Add 4 tablespoons of Chocolate Ovaltine Powder
Blend away ….
Once everything is very blended and smooth, pour into cups. Sip and enjoy your yummy and cheap breakfast shake !
