DIY and Super Cheap Bubbles Recipe + upcycled coffee cup bubbles holder and straw wand
Hi folks! Today I am trying out a new idea my friend Scott had : bubbles in a coffee cup ! I made a bubble wand out of two straws – secured it with tape – and pushed it through the lid like normal. I made my own bubbles solution with a super easy and cheap bubbles recipe I found online (I did the second one, Cydni's because it required minimal ingredients!). Then I (re)filled my iced coffee cup and blew some awesome bubbles.
I think this is a pretty cool way to use up old iced coffee cups on the cheap – it would be a cheap activity for outdoor birthday parties too ! My one regret is that I filled my cup too much and ended up knocking the solution all over the floor and my shirt! Ah well – live and learn
Check out what I did and let me know what you think. Also, as you all make improvements on what I did – please comment and keep me up to date
Thanks so much !!!
