Got a Starbucks cup? Got Coffee? Got Salt? Got oil (almond, jojoba, baby, whatever)? You've got a luxurious coffee salt scrub you can make!
Inspired by my coffee lotion and Starbucks lotion dispenser project, today I made a coffee salt scrub and packaged it in a Starbucks cup. It was ridiculously easy and apparently coffee is good for waking up cellulite and telling it to ship out.
It smells terrific and was super exfoliating. I would suggest using a flavoured coffee for a more scent-sational scrub – and using almond oil (although I just used Folger's and Baby Oil!). I would also recommend using sea salt (although I used table salt). I am totally in love with my coffee scrub and lotion set. Yay, Starbucks!
Here's the skinny :
You need,
a cup and lid
1 1/2 cup of coffee grinds
1/2 cup salt
3 tablespoons of some kind of body oil
Pour Coffee in cup
Pour Salt in cup
Add oil
Mix It & Gift it: Make it with the coffee lotion and you've got a rockstar gift set for the coffee or Starbucks lover in your life. Yay!
