I won a trip to a spa resort in Arizona a few years back and when I was there I discovered that many of the new high end spa treatments were completely natural and made of food products we use every day. it’s as simple as olive oil and brown sugar in a jar. if you have food-grade essential oil, you could add a few drops to kick it up a notch!

Homemade Bath Salts
My grandfather often preached the benefits of half a cup of epsom salts in a warm bath. Add some food-grade essential oil, like peppermint, and you have the recipe for relaxation. Put these in a fancy jar of some kind (you could you an old mayo or mustard container even …. get creative) and voila – nice, simple gift !

If you ever have the chance to stop in, please do – you won’t be disappointed. They will give you a demo where you get to try their awesome products for free.
